The Aiguilles lake ,
 surrounded by the scrubland and of splendid pine forests was the place dreamed to install, at the same time, a hunting preserve and a water level for fishing. Claude Mazet made this marvellous place "the Paradise of the sporting fisherman"

  • A dozen tons of fish, have been put in this lake.

  • The main speaces of carps are represented by many specimens between 6 and 25 Kg. Sturgeons which are very pugnacious fish can way 25 Kg. Silurids, black-bass, white fish are among the lot.

 

  • A part of the lake is kept for breeding it is a haven of peace for migratory birds.

  • The Aiguilles Lake, has been designed for the survival of diversified fauna where spawing grounds and shoals, islets and creeks been created.

  • The repopulation of species is regular, and under sanitary supervision with control of the water quality by a specialised labolatory.

  • The lake of the Needles is the first center of sporting fishing of all the country of OC. All is planned for the fisherman, but also for his family and her friends who accompany it.
